Basics
What Backstage provides for organizers
Backstage connects several tasks that are otherwise distributed across various tools for many event organizers.
These include in particular:
creating and maintaining events,
managing tickets, extras, and special allocations,
controlling discount codes and pricing logic,
organizing guest lists and entry,
analyzing sales figures,
data exports and payouts,
as well as marketing functions such as tracking, forecasting, and campaigns.
The great advantage for organizers is that these areas do not exist in isolation. A ticket is not just a product for sale but is simultaneously linked to allocations, entry, display in the shop, discount codes, evaluation, and marketing. Backstage accurately represents these connections.
