Events
The area Events is the organizational center of Backstage. Here, all events are displayed in a consolidated manner and categorized according to their status.
The classification into Upcoming, Draft and Completed helps to quickly distinguish between active, prepared, and completed events. Additionally, for each event, you see not only the title and date but also the financial condition: visibility, sales status, revenue, and occupancy.
This is particularly important for teams with multiple parallel events. The event overview thus functions not just as a list, but as a control view. It answers questions at a glance such as:
Which events are already live?
Which are still in preparation?
Which events are selling well already?
Where is the occupancy high or low?
For everyday life, this means: You do not have to click through each event to get a sense of the situation. Much is already visible at the list level.
