Status

The area Status determines the state of your event as it appears to the outside world. Here, it is less about content details and more about visibility, publication logic, and completeness.

A central theme is visibility. An event can be held publicly or privately. Public means that it is regularly findable and accessible. Private means that only individuals with the direct link can access it. This distinction is particularly sensible when an event should not be widely communicated yet or is initially targeted towards specific groups.

Equally important is the question of whether all necessary information is present. The status area helps prepare the event for publication not only technically but also organizationally.

Additionally, the approval process plays a role here. The ability to send an approval email is useful for internal coordination or structured publication processes. The status area is thus the last major checkpoint before an event truly goes live.
