Account Settings
The Account Settings concern the personal and organizational basis of the organizer access. Unlike the event areas, this is not about individual events, but rather the framework in which access to the platform is utilized.
This typically includes topics such as master data, personal information, access credentials, or other account-related settings. Even though this area was not fully examined in detail in the current analysis, it is still important for a Help Center – because for organizers, it involves not only the event work itself but also the management of their access for daily use of Backstage.
As a standalone category within the documentation, this area helps to clearly separate event functions from general account topics.
