Guest list
The guest list is a separate organizational area for invited persons. It is especially important in situations where invitations are not just loosely managed but are to be connected with event logic.
Backstage does not represent the guest list as a simple collection of names, but links it with tickets, status values, and reservation capacities. This makes the area significantly more controllable. You see not only who has been invited but also the state of the invitation and how the ratio between reserved and accepted slots is developing.
For organizers, the guest list is thus not merely an administrative accessory, but a professional tool for press, artists, partners, internal guests, or special access.
