How an event is structured in Backstage

Once an event is opened, Backstage displays a clear structure. This structure corresponds very well to the actual workflow of an organizer.

The areas can be broadly divided into four levels:

  • Basics and Overview

  • Event Information

  • Sales

  • Target Audience and Marketing

This structure is not just a navigation schema, but semantically meaningful. First, it addresses the event itself, then sales, followed by visitor management, and finally reach and marketing.

This makes Backstage easier to manage, especially for more complex events. Instead of cramming all settings into a huge form, the platform separates areas by function and responsibility.
