Admission & Visitor Organization
Entrance areas
Entrance Areas help to logically structure the entry of an event. They are particularly relevant when a venue or event has multiple entrances, or when different products are to be linked to different access points.
In Backstage, this allows you to specify which products belong to which entrance. This has an effect not only on organization but also directly on the scanner access and the actual entry on site.
For organizers, the great advantage is in better control of visitor flows. Entrance areas turn a general entry logic into a targeted, planned structure. This is a real operational gain, especially at larger events, staggered entrances, or for different types of tickets.
