How do I use the admission control?

The admission control works through Admission. There are two options:

• Using Admission with our Admission Control App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your own smartphones.

• Using Admission through our scanner rental service.

The use of the Admission Control App is simple and straightforward. It can be easily installed on a smartphone. With the Admission Control App, your employees can then scan tickets.

To determine who can scan which event, you can either:

• Add users permanently as Security users through Backstage in the sidebar under the Settings menu item and then Permissions: These users then have the opportunity to scan any event you create.

• Select the respective event through Backstage in the sidebar under the Events menu item and then add a user under Permissions either manually just for this event or using the QR code without any registration. With the latter option, the QR code can simply be scanned using the Admission Control App, and the actual scanning process can begin.
