How can I check the check-in status and the ticket ID?
There are several ways to check the check-in status and the ticket ID:
Via Backstage, you can go to Events and the respective event, and then find the respective booker or participant through Orders or Participants and check the details of the check-in status and the ticket ID.
Alternatively, via Backstage, you can go to CRM, find the respective booker or participant, and view the details of the check-in status and the ticket ID for the respective event.
Through Admission, you can tap on the feedback message (green if successful and red if not successful) after a successful or unsuccessful ticket scan and receive information about the check-in status and the ticket ID.
Alternatively, through Admission, you can search for the participant in the scan history and check the information about the check-in status and the ticket ID.
