How do campaigns work?

In Backstage, you can create a campaign for the respective event under Events and then in the respective event view under Marketing. Here, you define various parameters such as campaign goals or budget.

Afterwards, you can link a meta-account with the campaign. This linkage allows for automatic postings to be created.

Our marketing function supports you with the AI insights from Future Demand: marketing texts can be automatically generated using AI. The distribution, weighting, and testing of your marketing campaigns also take place with artificial intelligence. This way, we optimize results in marketing and your ticket sales.
