Your Responsibilities:
As a Legal & Rights Manager (m/f/d), you are an essential support for our company by minimizing legal risks and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

Your main tasks include:

  • Advising and supporting the specialist departments in all legal questions, particularly in contract law, copyright law, and data protection law

  • Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts with customers, suppliers, and partners

  • Implementing and monitoring compliance measures to adhere to legal requirements

  • Managing and overseeing contract management

  • Collaborating with external law firms and consultants on complex legal matters

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of internal policies and processes for risk minimization

  • Training and raising awareness among employees on legal topics and best practices


Your Profile:
You fit perfectly with us if you possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A completed degree in law (e.g., Master of Law) or a comparable legal qualification

  • At least 2-3 years of professional experience in the field of law and compliance, ideally in an international environment

  • Sound knowledge in contract and copyright law as well as in data protection law

  • Experience in dealing with compliance issues and legal risks

  • Structured, careful, and responsible working style

  • Team orientation and strong communication skills

  • Fluent German skills; good English skills are an advantage
