Your tasks:
As a Controller (m|f|d), you play a central role in our finance department and contribute to the financial stability and transparency of our company in the following ways:
• Independent execution and analysis of budget and forecast processes
• Monitoring and managing financial targets and identifying discrepancies
• Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports to support management in decision-making processes
• Participating in the continuous improvement of our controlling processes
• Assisting with liquidity planning and cash management
• Close collaboration with internal departments and external partners such as auditors and banks
• Ensuring compliance with legal and internal financial guidelines
Your profile:
You fit us perfectly if you bring the following qualifications and skills:
• Completed degree in finance, controlling, business administration, or a comparable qualification
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in an international environment
• Strong knowledge in financial planning and analysis, as well as experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, DATEV, SAGE)
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel
• Analytical thinking, structured work approach, and a high degree of self-responsibility
• Team orientation and strong communication skills
• Fluent German skills, good English skills are advantageous
