Your Tasks:
As a Controller (m/f/d), you play a central role in our finance department and contribute to the financial stability and transparency of our company in the following ways:

• Independent execution and analysis of budget and forecasting processes

• Monitoring and controlling financial targets and identifying deviations

• Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to support management in decision-making processes

• Participation in the continuous improvement of our controlling processes

• Support in liquidity planning and cash management

• Close collaboration with internal departments and external partners such as auditors and banks

Your Profile:
You are a perfect fit for us if you have the following qualifications and skills:

• Completed degree in finance, controlling, business administration, or a comparable qualification

• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in an international environment • In-depth knowledge of financial planning and analysis, as well as experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, DATEV, SAGE)
  Completed degree in finance, controlling, business administration, or a comparable qualification

• Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel

• Analytical thinking, structured working style, and a high degree of personal responsibility

• Team orientation and strong communication skills

• Fluent German skills, good English skills are an advantage
