Your tasks:
As a Legal & Rights Manager (m/f/d), you are an indispensable support for our company by minimizing legal risks and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

Your main tasks include:

• Consulting and supporting departments on all legal issues, especially in contract law, copyright law, and data protection law

• Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts with customers, suppliers, and partners

• Implementing and monitoring compliance measures to ensure adherence to legal requirements

• Managing and overseeing contract management

• Collaborating with external law firms and consultants on complex legal matters

• Assisting in the development and implementation of internal policies and processes for risk minimization

• Training and raising awareness among employees on legal topics and best practices

Your profile:
You are a perfect fit for us if you have the following qualifications and skills:

• Completed law degree (e.g., Master of Law) or comparable legal qualification

• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in the field of law and compliance, ideally in an international environment

• In-depth knowledge of contract and copyright law as well as data protection law

• Experience in handling compliance issues and legal risks

• Structured, careful, and responsible working style

• Team-oriented and strong communication skills

• Fluent in German; good English skills are an advantage
